Yes, absolutely. Once your order has been securely packed and dispatched from our warehouse, you will automatically receive an email with full tracking details so you can monitor your delivery's progress.

Deliveries are handled by specialized third-party pallet networks and are delivered kerbside. This means the driver will bring the pallet to the nearest safe access point outside your property. We strongly recommend having someone available to help move the heavy boxes inside. Please wait to hire professional fitters until your flooring has arrived and been fully checked.

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. We only accept complete, completely unopened, and factory-sealed packs in perfect, resalable condition. Please note that change-of-mind returns carry a 15% restocking fee, as this is charged to us directly by the manufacturers. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

We highly recommend keeping at least one box as a spare! Flooring colors and patterns can occasionally be discontinued by manufacturers, and batch variations can occur over time. Having a spare box from your exact original batch is incredibly helpful for any potential future repairs.

If you want samples of Amtico or Invictus products, the fastest and best way is to order them directly from the manufacturer's official website. This saves significant transit time because the manufacturer ships the samples directly to your door, rather than shipping them to our warehouse first.

SPC flooring utilizes an advanced click-lock system and is floated directly over underlay, so no adhesive is required. However, standard Glue-Down LVT must be fully bonded to the subfloor. For non-Amtico Glue-Down LVT, we recommend UZIN KE 49 HT High Temperature Adhesive (6kg covers ~30m² for £79.99; 14kg covers ~70m² for £149.99). For Amtico Glue-Down LVT, we recommend Amtico International HT Extra Adhesive to maintain full warranty compliance.
